Isomass Scientific was founded in July of 1981. We are a full service company that offers our Canadian customers:

• quality world class scientific instruments
• experienced field service
• knowledgeable technical support
• regularly scheduled training courses
• a timely supply of parts and consumables

Instrument Product Lines

Isomass Scientific is the Canadian Agent for Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. inorganic and organic magnetic sector instruments, including the stable isotope and high resolution ICP mass spectrometers. Our product lines also include Costech Elemental Analyzers, Wagner IRIS 13CO2 Breath Test Analyzers, and New Wave Research Laser Ablation Systems.

Quality Service

Isomass Scientific has an experienced team of factory trained and certified field service engineers that install and service the instruments. Since new operators are often inexperienced and require ongoing technical support, that support is available by phone (toll free) and email for the life of the instrument.

Training

Operators receive on-site training when instruments are installed. Additional training is also available through regularly scheduled courses. These courses are designed to ensure that users get the most from their instruments.

Parts and Consumables

Isomass Scientific’s parts and consumables division stocks a wide range of products at the Calgary warehouse to ensure that our customers have ready access to the parts and consumables they require on a day-to-day basis. We also carry parts and consumables from Elemental Microanalysis for elemental analyzers and from Scientific Instruments for General Mass Spectrometer parts.
